PinMyListings Review 2026: Is the $17 Etsy-to-Pinterest Pin Maker Worth It? (OTOs, Pricing, Refund & Legit Check)
Disclosure: This review contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our review is based on the vendor's sales page and published materials; we have not personally used the product unless the review says so.
This PinMyListings review looks at a web app from Randy Nguyen's SunMesa Labs LLC (Albuquerque, New Mexico) that turns an Etsy listing into 5 to 10 Pinterest pins, each with its own selling angle, AI-written title, description, keywords, board and alt text, designed on your own product photos and spread over a posting schedule. It launched on WarriorPlus on November 5, 2026 at $17 one-time for one Etsy shop, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Below we cover how it works, the features, every upsell and downsell, the refund policy, who it suits and whether it's legit. We have not used PinMyListings ourselves; everything here comes from the vendor's sales page, JV (affiliate) page and refund policy.
Quick verdict: PinMyListings is a focused, sensibly priced tool for one job: turning the Etsy listings you already have into a steady stream of varied, keyword-led Pinterest pins that link back to each listing. The vendor's pages are unusually candid: they call Pinterest a slow channel, promise no traffic or sales, and put a 30-day refund on every product, including the upgrades. We score it 7.0 because we haven't tested it, it's Etsy-only and one shop on the front end, the 50-pins-a-month AI allowance is modest unless you add your own OpenRouter key, and direct posting to Pinterest is a paid upgrade.
What Is PinMyListings? (PinMyListings Review Overview)
PinMyListings is a browser-based app for Etsy sellers. According to the sales page, you add your shop once, then paste listing links (up to 10 at a time) or upload the listings CSV from Etsy Shop Manager. The app reads each listing's title, description, price, tags and photos through the official Etsy API, with no Etsy login, and you can add your own photos too.
From each listing, the vendor says the app writes and designs 5 to 10 tall Pinterest pins, each with a different angle: gift idea, seasonal, solves a problem, how to use, personalization, comparison, ideas list and lifestyle. You approve or edit every pin, schedule them, and export one CSV for Pinterest's bulk upload tool.
Two things the vendor stresses: the pins use your real product photos (AI writes only the text), and the AI is told to use only facts from your listing, never inventing materials, sizes, prices or discounts. The front end does not post to Pinterest for you; direct posting is the Auto-Publish upgrade.
Who PinMyListings Is For (and Not For)
The sales page says it's for you if:
- You sell printables, print on demand or handmade goods on Etsy
- Your listings deserve more views than they get
- You want traffic you own rather than paying for ads
- You can wait weeks to months for pins to start working
The sales page says don't buy if:
- You expect sales by Friday ("nothing does that", in the vendor's words)
- You want a bot to mass-post to Pinterest
- You'd rather design every pin by hand
- You don't have an Etsy shop yet
We'd add: sellers on Shopify, Amazon or their own sites, since the import is built around Etsy listings, and anyone managing several shops, since the front end locks to one Etsy shop.

How PinMyListings Works
The sales page describes three steps:
- Bring in your products. Paste listing links or upload the Etsy CSV, and add your own lifestyle or close-up photos (up to 10 per listing). The vendor says your Etsy listing never changes.
- AI writes and designs 5 to 10 pins per product. Pick an occasion (14, plus evergreen), the audience (for example "new homeowners") and one of 5 tones. Each pin gets a keyword-first title of up to 40 characters, a 200 to 500 character description, 4 to 6 keywords, a board name and alt text.
- Approve, schedule, export. Approve the pins you like, set 1 to 5 pins a day over 7 to 30 days, and export a Pinterest bulk-upload CSV (up to 200 pins per file) plus a ZIP of the images. Optional tracking tags show Pinterest visits in Etsy Stats.
The vendor estimates about 5 minutes per listing and offers a 2.5-minute demo video on the sales page. We haven't timed it ourselves.
PinMyListings Features (Front End)
According to the sales page, the $17 front end includes:
- The PinMyListings web app for 1 Etsy shop, working in any modern browser
- Import by listing link or Etsy CSV, plus your own photos on any listing
- AI pin copy: titles, descriptions, keywords, board and alt text
- 8 selling angles, 14 occasions, audience targeting and 5 tones
- 10 pin designs (1000 x 1500 px) using your product photos, switchable in one click
- 50 AI-written pins a month, or unlimited if you add your own OpenRouter key (billed by OpenRouter directly; the vendor says usually well under a cent per listing)
- Approve-and-edit step before anything is exported
- Scheduler, Pinterest CSV and ZIP export, and tracking tags
- In-app step-by-step guide, updates and email support
The sales page also states that requests go only to AI providers that don't store or train on what's sent, and that the app has read-only access to public listing information, with no access to orders or buyer data. We can't independently verify these claims.
PinMyListings Pricing & OTOs (Full Funnel)
All prices are from the vendor's JV page, which says every product is a one-time payment with no subscriptions.
| Step | What it is (per vendor) | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Front End | PinMyListings for 1 Etsy shop, 50 AI pins a month | $17 |
| Order bump: Seasonal Gift Packs | 12 gifting occasions with keyword packs, 24 seasonal templates, a start-pinning calendar | $12.95 |
| OTO 1: Pro Unlimited | Bulk writing, whole-shop import, unlimited AI pins (fair use), 40 designs, 5 own shops | $47 |
| OTO 1 downsell: Pro Lite | Pro tools with 300 AI pins a month and 3 shops | $37 |
| OTO 2: DFY Pin Template Vault | 105 niche templates in 4 packs (printables, POD, handmade, seasonal) plus future drops | $37 |
| OTO 3: Agency License | 25 client shops, branded client reports, price guide, 5 pitch messages, 1,000 AI pins a month | $97 |
| OTO 3 downsell: Agency 10 | 10 client shops, 500 AI pins a month | $67 |
| OTO 4: Auto-Publish | Posts approved pins to Pinterest on schedule via the official API, one account per shop | $47 |
| OTO 4 downsell: Auto-Publish Lite | Auto-Publish for 1 Pinterest account | $37 |
| OTO 5: Reseller License | Create 100 PinMyListings accounts to sell | $97 |
| OTO 5 downsell: Reseller 50 | 50 accounts | $67 |
The JV page puts the full funnel at $354.95 if a buyer takes the bump and every full upgrade. The JV page also says the Agency and Reseller pages state plainly that they don't include clients or buyers.
Do you need the upgrades? Not to start. Pro matters if you'll go past 50 AI pins a month and don't want to use an OpenRouter key, and Auto-Publish matters only if you'd rather not upload the CSV to Pinterest yourself.

PinMyListings Refund Policy
The sales page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee: use the app for 30 days, and if it doesn't give you better pins than you'd make by hand in a fraction of the time, ask for a refund through WarriorPlus or by email. It adds that pins you exported are yours to keep.
SunMesa Labs' refund policy (last updated October 29, 2026) says the guarantee covers all its digital products, including one-time purchases and upgrades, whether bought directly or through WarriorPlus. It says refund requests get a reply within 2 business days, and that refunding the front end may also refund and deactivate upgrades that depend on it. It may decline requests made after 30 days or where there's clear evidence of abuse.
PinMyListings Alternatives
- Design tools (such as Canva). Full creative control, but you design and write every pin yourself, which is the time cost this app targets.
- Pinterest schedulers. They post pins you've already made; they don't make them from your listing. The vendor notes many sellers use a scheduler alongside it.
- AI image generators. They make new pictures, not pins built on your actual product photos.
The sales page's own comparison is of tool categories, not of named products, and it labels it as such.
Is PinMyListings Legit?
From the vendor's pages, it looks like a legitimate, carefully presented product:
- Identifiable company: SunMesa Labs LLC with a published US business address and support at randy@sunmesalabs.com.
- Official integrations: the vendor says it uses the official Etsy API (read-only public listing data) and Pinterest's own bulk upload tool, and carries Etsy's required notice that it isn't endorsed or certified by Etsy.
- Honest expectations: the sales page says Pinterest usually needs weeks to pick up pins, promises no traffic, sales or income, and labels its seller examples as "illustrations, not customer results".
- Clear refunds: a written 30-day policy covering every product in the funnel.
What we can't verify: pin quality across different niches, whether the pins bring Etsy traffic (that depends on your products and Pinterest), and long-term support. For transparency, the JV page says affiliates earn 100% of the $17 front end and 50% of the bump, upgrades and downsells.

PinMyListings FAQ
What is PinMyListings?
According to the vendor, it's a web app for Etsy sellers that turns a listing into 5 to 10 Pinterest pins with AI-written copy, designs built on your product photos and a posting schedule, exported as a CSV for Pinterest's bulk upload tool.
How much does PinMyListings cost?
The sales page lists $17 one-time for one Etsy shop, with no monthly fee. Optional add-ons on the JV page range from a $12.95 bump to $97 upgrades, all one-time.
What are the PinMyListings OTOs?
Per the JV page: Seasonal Gift Packs bump ($12.95), OTO 1 Pro Unlimited ($47, downsell Pro Lite $37), OTO 2 DFY Pin Template Vault ($37), OTO 3 Agency License ($97, downsell $67), OTO 4 Auto-Publish ($47, downsell $37) and OTO 5 Reseller License ($97, downsell $67).
Does PinMyListings post to Pinterest automatically?
Not on the front end. You export a CSV and upload it with Pinterest's own bulk tool. Direct posting via the official Pinterest API is the Auto-Publish upgrade.
Do I need to give it my Etsy password?
No. The sales page says you add your shop name and paste listing links, and the app reads public listing information through the official Etsy API.
How many pins can I make?
The front end includes 50 AI-written pins a month. The sales page says you can add your own OpenRouter key for unlimited pins, billed by OpenRouter, or upgrade to Pro.
Is there a PinMyListings refund policy?
Yes. The vendor offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product in the funnel, requested through WarriorPlus or by email to randy@sunmesalabs.com.
Final Verdict
PinMyListings makes sense for Etsy sellers who know they should be on Pinterest but never keep up with making pins. For $17 once, with a 30-day refund on every product, it's a low-risk way to turn existing listings into a month of varied, keyword-led pins. Go in with the vendor's own expectations: Pinterest is slow, and the app saves time rather than guaranteeing traffic. Start with the front end and an OpenRouter key if you need more pins, and only add Pro or Auto-Publish once you've seen the output.
